Here's everything to do before your course. Plan about 30 minutes. Getting it done ahead means you can start on time and get the most from the day.

Times: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm Mountain Time each day (two back-to-back days)

Pacific (BC) 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Mountain (AB) 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

Central (MB/SK) 10:30 am - 2:30 pm

Eastern (ON) 11:30 am - 3:30 pm

Atlantic 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Step 1 — Complete your pre-course checklist

 

 

 

You'll enter your Registration ID (from your enrolment email). You must submit the checklist to receive the training files.

Step 2 — Set up your computer

• Software Required:

• A mouse with a scroll wheel (not a trackpad)

• A reliable internet connection

• A computer that comfortably runs the software

• A second monitor is strongly recommended, one for you to watch the instructor, and the second for your work

 

Step 3 — Download and extract the training files

After you submit the checklist, download the training files and extract them onto the computer you'll use for the course. Don't leave this to the morning of.

On the course days

• Join with the personal link in your day-before email — it's unique to you, so please don't share it.

• Plan to attend both full sessions — completion is based on attending the full course.
