Hey guys it’s Morgan your Bluebeam Certified Instructor with Curtek. I have a great April fools joke you can play on your co-workers using Bluebeam Revu.
On your co-workers computer with a document open that has a large number of markups or takeoffs. Go down to the markups list near the top left corner is a button called ‘Hide Markups’. When you press this. When you press it all markups will disappear. Nothing will be displayed on the PDF or in the markups list. This will almost guaranteed cause mass panic in your coworker. Stick around and enjoy the show! And don’t forget to turn the markups back on for them when you say “April fools!”
